Frequently asked questions
Does it come ready to attach to my keys?
Yes. The included black key buckle clips onto your existing keyring.
Will it stand up to everyday knocks?
Yes. In our drop test, all 20 alarms still sounded after ten drops each from a height of one metre onto a hard floor.
Will a charge last between outings?
Yes. A full charge provides twelve months of standby, or 70 minutes of continuous alarm use. Using the siren or flashlight draws down that charge.
Is it straightforward for an older adult to use?
Yes. There’s nothing to pair or program, and one deliberate pull activates it. You don’t have to remember a code or a sequence of buttons.
Can I take it running?
Yes. The included buckle clips onto a running-belt loop.
Can I use a charger I already own?
Yes. The supplied USB-A-to-USB-C cable works with a standard USB-A wall charger or laptop port.
Is US delivery free?
Yes. Every US order includes free tracked shipping.
Can I try it before deciding to keep it?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, and used and unused alarms qualify. Keep the packaging and included accessories for your return.
Clip-On Light & Siren
Will the siren last longer than a few seconds?
Yes. A full charge provides about 90 minutes of alarm use.
Will people see the light from farther down the street?
Yes. In our dusk trial, all 24 observers spotted the flashing white light from 150 feet away on a straight residential street.
Is this a one-time purchase?
Yes. The light and siren are yours to use without a monthly fee or paid service.
Does it work without a phone connection?
Yes. You operate the light and siren directly on the device. The siren draws attention; it does not call emergency services.
Can I use the light on its own?
Yes. Both the steady and flashing white light work without the siren sounding.
Can I return it after trying it?
Yes. Used and unused products qualify within 30 days of delivery. Contact help [at] ohtilda [dot] com for authorization and a label, and keep the packaging and included accessories.
