Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. We accept returns of used and unused products. Please keep the original packaging and included accessories for your return.

Start a return

Email help [at] ohtilda [dot] com with your order number and the reason for your request. Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return authorization and a prepaid return label. Use only the return address printed on that label. Our business correspondence address is not a returns address.

Return shipping

We pay return shipping on every return and email you a prepaid label. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Order problems

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has not arrived, contact help [at] ohtilda [dot] com with your order number so we can review it. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by this policy.
